My subscription is not showing up

A subscription belongs to your Cashrou account rather than to a device, so signing in usually brings it with you. When it does not, one button fixes it.

Before you start

Sign in with the same email you subscribed with. Most reports of a missing subscription turn out to be a second account made with a second address.

Steps

1

Check what Settings says

Your plan and its renewal date are shown there. If it reads as active, the device is already covered and there is nothing to restore.

2

Confirm the email

A different address is a different Cashrou account, with its own empty plan and no subscription attached.

This is the cause far more often than anything technical, and it is the first thing to rule out.
3

Ask Cashrou to check with Stripe

If you paid on the web and the app still says otherwise, Cashrou can go and look for the subscription and write the record that should already be there.

Every reason that record can be missing is our fault rather than yours: a webhook that timed out, or a subscription created by hand.

If it is still missing

Email support@cashrou.com from the address you subscribed with and say roughly when you subscribed. A person picks it up.

Do not send a receipt with card details in it. We do not need them and would rather not have them.
