A bill tracker organised by paycheck, not by month.

A bill calendar tells you what is due. It does not tell you whether the money to pay it has arrived, which is the only question that matters when you are paid every two weeks.

Bill tracker

Every bill in the pay period that has to cover it, listed by the date it falls.

How it is arranged

One block per pay period, twelve lines each, and every bill goes under the paycheck that has to pay for it rather than the month it belongs to conceptually.

Bills are listed earliest date first inside each block, so the top of the list is what is about to leave.

A bill you pay on a credit card belongs to the paycheck that pays the card off, not the one you bought it in. Write it under that one.

A Google Sheets version, which dates the blocks for you and marks the two three paycheck months, is coming.

The same layout, kept current for you

Cashrou runs this arithmetic on every payday and keeps it up to date without retyping. The template stays free whether or not you ever install it.
