1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing or using Cashrou, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Cashrou.
2. Operator
Cashrou is operated by XCAVAR LLC, Miami, Florida, United States.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Cashrou is not intended for children under 13.
4. Personal finance tool only
Cashrou is a personal financial organization and planning tool. It is not a bank, lender, broker, investment adviser, accounting firm, tax adviser or law firm. Cashrou does not hold, transfer or custody money.
5. Your information and decisions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for reviewing all calculations, projections and reminders before relying on them. Estimates may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.
6. Current app capabilities
The current version may provide payday planning, payday schedules, bills, allocations, net worth, account tracking, debt payoff projections, goals, emergency-fund calculations, recurring cash flow, subscriptions, business entries, shared-account percentages and reimbursement tracking. Features may change.
7. Your records and your account
Cashrou stores your financial records in your account on our servers and keeps a copy on each device you use, so the same plan is available on your iPhone, your iPad and the web. Cashrou does not connect to banks and has no access to your accounts: every figure in it is one you entered. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for reviewing it before relying on it.
You sign in with a link sent to your email address or with Sign in with Apple. There is no Cashrou password, so keeping access to that email account is what keeps your Cashrou account secure. Tell us at hello@cashrou.com if you believe somebody else has access to it.
8. Subscriptions
Cashrou Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store, offered monthly at $4.99 and yearly at $49.99 on the United States App Store, each beginning with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and is managed or canceled through your Apple Account settings rather than by deleting the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Full details are set out in the Subscription Terms, which form part of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions, interfere with operation or use Cashrou for unlawful activity.
- Do not represent Cashrou output as professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, credit or investment advice.
- Do not upload or transmit malicious code through any support or future online feature.
10. Intellectual property
Cashrou, its branding, interface, software and content are owned by XCAVAR LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
11. Third-party platforms
Your use may also be subject to Apple’s terms, device settings and service conditions. Apple is not responsible for Cashrou’s content, support or performance except as required by applicable platform terms.
12. Availability and changes
Cashrou may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or preservation of local records.
13. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashrou is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCAVAR LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, financial loss, lost data, missed payments, penalties, investment loss or decisions made using Cashrou. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for Cashrou during the twelve months before the claim.
15. Termination
You may stop using Cashrou at any time. XCAVAR LLC may suspend access to online services or discontinue the app if these terms are violated or continued operation creates legal, security or operational risk.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
17. Changes
We may update these terms as Cashrou develops. The effective date will be revised when changes are posted.
